Elliot Schechter

Elliot Schechter is the principal of Jenel Management. Elliot has two decades of experience in the ownership and property management of market rate and affordable housing and has established himself as a leading manager and key investment advisor in the real estate industry. He has a proven track record in successfully managing buildings through major capital projects and maximizing real estate values. He is a Certified Public Accountant with a concentration in taxation and is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a licensed real estate Broker in New Jersey and New York.

Elliot Schechter

Jennifer Schechter

Jennifer has over 10 years of experience in various aspects of the management business. She is a high-performing manager and accomplished leader with a strong background in real estate. Jennifer’s familiarity with the unique inner workings of real estate transactions and management allows her to address clients’ specific needs in efficient and effective ways. In her role at Jenel, Jennifer works closely as a team with Elliot to oversee the company and is responsible for the company’s office and accounting procedures as well as tenant relationships and vendor engagement. Jennifer is a licensed real estate Salesperson, paralegal and notary public.

Bonnie Lieberman

Bonnie Lieberman has been with Jenel Management for the past 3 years. Bonnie is an assistant property manager who is involved with thoroughly reviewing property expenses, utility analysis and property budgeting. She is a former Vice President at J.P. Morgan Chase where she managed a technology group in the Human Resources Dept. Bonnie also provides software analysis and support for the Jenel Management’s technology systems.

Jose Adames

Jose Adames has been involved in property maintenance for over 15 years. He began his career as an on-site maintenance worker and quickly transitioned to an area maintenance supervisor. He expanded his area from northern NJ to properties throughout the state.

Jose has been with Jenel Management for the past 6 years acting in the capacity of general property supervisor. His duties include visiting the properties regularly, interacting with superintendents, tenants and vendors. He continues to be a trusted associate enabling Jenel Management to monitor the pulse of each property.
